General Terms and Conditions of Admission for Cellar Door Promotions Ltd (Cellar Door)
* Tickets for events cannot be refunded or exchanged except on the cancellation or substantial alteration of the performance or unless otherwise stated by Cellar Door.

1. Definitions
1.1 “Customer” means ticket buyer and anyone visiting Cellar Door events, whether or not they have purchased a ticket.
2. Introduction
2.1 These Terms of Admission, are general and may be amended from time to time.
2.2 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
3. Age Restrictions
3.1 Unless otherwise stated, Cellar Door events are 18+.
3.2 We are required to refuse admission to anyone who is below the minimum age.
3.3 We reserve the right to ask for proof at any time you are on our premises.
4. On-line Purchases
4.1 By requesting tickets for events via our website you are placing a booking request for them under these terms which are binding once your card has been debited.
4.2 A confirmation booking reference will be displayed on your screen and emailed to you.
4.3 The email confirmation of your booking will set out the details of the tickets purchased and the total amount paid.
4.4 Cellar Door will take reasonable steps to safeguard the security of any card information you impart, you acknowledge however that the Internet is not entirely secure and we shall not be liable for any damage you may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of any such information.
4.5 It is not possible to amend the booking once it has been completed.
4.6 Transactions will appear on your card/bank statement as a payment to Cellar Door Promotions. Items will not be refunded after the performance, even if you were unable to attend.
5. Booking Fees
5.1 A Card Booking Fee may be will be payable separately by you depending on the event you are attending. This Card Booking Fee is in consideration of processing credit/debit card payments and transferring your payment for tickets to us. By confirming your booking you are agreeing to pay this. Card Booking Fee in addition to the price you pay to us for the event.
5.2 Once a booking is confirmed the Card Booking Fee is non-refundable.

7. Data
7.1 Personal Data: We collect Personal Data from you when you provide such information. The data we may collect includes without limitation your name, address, email address, postcode and other personally identifiable information. If a Buyer voluntarily provides further information in connection with registration for an event or otherwise, it will be available to us and will be held by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Non Personal Data: In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Services, we often conduct research on our customer demographics, interests and behaviour based on Personal Data and other information that we have collected. This research may be compiled and analysed on an aggregate basis and this aggregate information does not identify you personally and therefore is considered and treated as Non-Personal Data under our Privacy Policy.

8. This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England. Any action you or we bring to enforce this agreement shall only be brought in the courts of England and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
9. Filming: Photography and video footage captured at any Cellar Door events may be used on Cellar Door’s channels and partner / sponsor channels, in connection with the promotion and publicity of its sponsors and partners. Cellar Door and its partners retain the right, in perpetuity, to use and publish imagery and film footage in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other materials, for marketing purposes in both online and offline media now or hereafter known, including publication on the Cellar Door / partner websites, social media channels, and other use to promote their products, including illustration, promotion, editorial, advertising, on product, in point of sale and trade. Filming notices will be displayed at events when filming or photography is taking place; by your presence you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed and recorded and that your likeness and voice may be included therein without compensation or credit.
